This is in response to Lela's question on when to take children to the dentist. This was both boy's second time, the first was just six months ago. I have to say I was a little late taking drew, but early taking Jackson. Jack has my teeth, and so since I had my first two root canals at five, I've been more concerned with him. Usually they say you should bring them around two years old. I say the earlier the better to get them used to it.

My dentist said to schedule their first appointment as soon as they get teeth!
My dentist is a friend at our church. He said 3 years old.
